- Tap on the three stripes (top left corner).
- Select "Help & Support" .
- Tap on the three stripes (top right corner).
- Submit a request
- Complete the form by entering:
- Your email address
- Subject (e.g. “Issue with withdrawal”)
- Description (give as much detail as possible)
- Upload attachement
- Click "Submit".
