- Navigate to the “Home” screen
- Click on “Withdraw”
- On the “Withdrawal” page, add the relevant banking details
- Please note that you are only permitted to withdraw ZAR to a bank account linked to your own name / the business’s name – third party payments are not permitted and the transaction will not be permitted
- Fill in the relevant bank account information in the required fields
- Bank Name
- Account Holder
- Account Type
- Branch Code
- Account Number
- Click on “Authorise by email”
- You will receive an authorisation email – click on the mail and authorise the beneficiary
When you navigate back to the withdrawal page, your bank account / beneficiary account will reflect.
